Our pals at Commies for Kerry ("CFK") have brought their messages of bizarro-world revolution, mayhem, and John Edwards haircare to Paris.

With their bright red T-shirts and Marx Brothers Marxism, CFK was temporarily befriended by the Democrats Abroad France ("DAF"), Paris Chapter at a recent pro-Kerry rally. The Paris Chapter had gathered at the foot of the Tour Eiffel, offering to soul-kiss the heinies of the passing Parisians as a prefigurement of a Kerry* presidency. Alas, once the CFK expropriated the "speeching ladder" the DAF found themselves rudely disabused in mid applause. Several DAF participants seemed profoundly confused and may have been put off Communism for good.

The beauty of the CFK is how they manage to mock while the mocked think the mock flattering.

* Mr. Kerry is a professional Vietnam veteran and war crimes raconteur, who divides his free time between a Senate seat and running for the highest office in America and 5 or 6 palatial lovenests. Although possessing exemplar qualities of haughtiness, arrogance, rudeness, and an impeccable record of disdain for America, he is not French. Really.
