Closing out Pave's anniversary month, last Sunday marked our first anniversary as a topic contributor, which was preceded by a year of moiling in the threads. Shortly after our ascension we assumed the editorial "we" to suggest a greater editorial heft at Pave.
In our year we have posted 150 topics, or roughly one post every 2½ days. Of course, that still leaves us a little shy of, say, Charles Johnson's pace over at LGF. But, then, we are only scolds of France, a middling country somewhere to the east of England.
We thank all who skim us, and special thanks to those who skim us regularly, and extra special thanks to those who skim us regularly and comment, and inexpressible thanks to those who take the time to read us carefully.
Cheers
I read that somebody in France has taken to bombing wineries.
Insurance job maybe?
Or job insurance.
Damian,
Will accept the thanks only if you accept our praise and gratitude for your hard work on your witty and erudite posts.
Tiger,
It was a government agency in charge of wine in the south west of France. There's a world wide decline for French wine. The growers rersponse is to blow up an office to get their boites out to the punlic? That is some marketing ploy.
