It's difficult to report the news if you blush easily. Here's the delicate AP:

PROTESTER STRIPS IN FRENCH SENATE

PARIS, May 12 (AP) - A man stripped in the French Senate, revealing the word "non" written on his chest, a show of opposition Thursday to the European Union constitution.

The man was unharmed after jumping several feet from the public gallery onto the Senate floor, officials at the upper house of parliament said. He was carried away, waving his fists, by security. He was wearing white sneakers and what appeared to be a G-string, but otherwise was naked.

Reuters France (Reuters!) does not avert its bold reportorial eye:

NU POUR LE "NON"

PARIS, May 12 (Reuters) - Un partisan du "non" au référendum sur la Constitution européenne a provoqué un incident au Sénat en se déshabillant dans l'hémicycle.

L'homme, dont on ignore les sympathies politiques, portait sur le postérieur, en lettres noires, le mot "non".
