Pave's founding French scourge, Mike Krempasky (now busy over at RedState), was invited Tuesday to testify before the Committee On House Administration during its “Political Speech on the Internet: Should it be Regulated?” hearing on the the Online Freedom of Speech Act (H.R. 1606), an amendment to the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971.
His testimony can be found here. In it he approvingly quotes a Frenchman on the virtues of American “liberty of opinion” and the collective spirit of the American people.
Pave wishes MK luck in the effects of his testimony.

Well, I don't actually carry it per se, and it doesn't really confer membership -- not like a card -- but, well, you know...
