Practically shoved back into office in May 2002 with a huge 82% of the vote, Jack has gone on to build another astonishing consensus among the French electorate.

AMONG THE GREAT CONSENSUS BUILDERS
Less Than Saddam (100%+), Better Than Castro (96%)
99 PERCENT OF FRENCH AGREE: NO MORE CHIRAC
Alternate AFP headline: ONLY ONE PERCENT OF FRENCH WANT CHIRAC THIRD TERM
PARIS December 11, 2005 (AFP) - Only one percent of French people want President Jacques Chirac to stand for a third term at the Elysée palace in elections due in May 2007, according to an opinion poll Sunday.Asked which candidate they would like to see representing Chirac's Union for a Popular Movement (UMP) party, 36 percent of the public chose Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy and 19 percent chose Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin, according to the IFOP survey for Le Journal du Dimanche newspaper.
Some seven percent went to other figures, while 34 percent refused to nominate anyone from the party.
We are not so much surprised that Jack enjoys such little support among the French, rather we are amazed that he enjoys so much. And beyond Jack's immediate family, l'UMP sycophants, and caterers, just who are these one-percenters? Determined fatalists of a national death-of-France suicide cult?

Bonjour,
1)Quel cynisme !
Good luck for your country in Irak and in Bolivia !
Et joyeux Noêl
