We have opted to continue Jack's numbers from January 2006 to build on our earlier posts (here, here, and here) and to better ornament Jack's exit.
It is worth noting that Jack's highest positives in this long-running TNS-Sofres/Le Figaro tracking poll were registered after arriving at the Élysée in June 1995, 64% confidence (32% no confidence). He never rose to these middling heights again. Not even when he opposed the liberation of Iraq -- a very popular position in France -- topping out at 60% confidence in April 2003 and declining thereafter till the 2005 riots, which tested Jack's bottom. Jack has plateaued in the mid-20s to mid-teens, confidence averaging 22% over the 15 months since.

Avec 61% de Yanks opposés à la politique de Bush , les bushiens de "Pave" peuvent se permettre de rigoler sur Chirac, piètre thérapie !
Dans deux ou trois ans , nous allons revoir les images de 76 de la déroute peu glorieuse de Yanks au Vietnam.
De tels combattants peuvent ironiser sur la Résistance française , eux qui sont incapables de maintenir l'ordre dans un pays du tiers-monde ….
Cela calmera les Yanks pendant quelques années , comme après le Vietnam , mais ces ahuris auront fait progresser l' islamisme dans des proportions incroyables ...

Il faudrait peut-être aussi préciser que nos grands """alliés""" US via leur CIA armaient le Viet-Minh contre nous dès 1946 …
Les USA croyaient pouvoir nous remplacer au Viet-Nam , leur présomption a été mouchée …
Ah ! s'ils avaient écouté le discours du Général à Phnom Penh en 1966 …
