ISLAMIST GROUP URGES ALGERIANS TO TARGET FRENCH

DUBAI January 10, 2007 (AFP) - An Islamist group linked to Al-Qaeda has called for Algerians to carry out attacks on French nationals, in a message posted on the Internet.

"Fight the nationals of France and the agents of the Crusaders occupying our land," said Abu Mussab Abdel Wadoud, leader of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat (GSPC) [Groupe Salafiste pour la Prédication et le Combat].

"Our fathers and our ancestors fought against the French Crusaders who were driven out in humiliation," the GSPC chief said in the message dated January 3 that appeared on Islamist websites.

In an extract published Saturday in the daily al-Khabar, the head of the group said he had rejected a reconciliation offer renewed by Algerian President Abdelaziz Bouteflika, saying that he was waiting for "guidelines" from Al-Qaeda "for the next step."

"France which left through the door ... is coming back today through the window."

... In September the group officially placed itself at Al-Qaeda's orders, vowing allegiance to Osama bin Laden and support for the terror network's war on "crusaders" worldwide. Bin Laden's right-hand man Ayman al-Zawahiri confirmed that the Algerian group was part of Al-Qaeda in a video released on the fifth anniversary of the September 11 attacks. Zawahari called on the GSPC to step up its attacks against France, the United States and their allies.

Mr. Wadoud is an avatar of failed French colonialism followed by failed French post-colonialism. Whether there is a coalition army in Iraq or no, contrary to Jack's self-celebrating assessment, Mr. Wadoud -- and with him al Qaeda -- will be cutting French throats.

Tu t'es grillé tout seul pauvre imbecile : tu avoues parler de ce que tu ne connais pas, et on revient donc a ce que je disais des le debut.
A la seule lecture de tes improbables psalmodies marxo-trouducutoires que tu deverses sans cess (rien d'autre a foutre dans ta triste vie visiblement), il semble tout a fait evident que ces auteurs sont bien au dessus de ce que l'excroissance biologique qui te tient lieu de cerveau peut encaisser.

On our own we would not have ascribed such hateful thoughts to M. Zmx, but you see from his post how he thinks.
